I am reaching out to you to share my landscaping project experience with your company. Overall, I would call our experience with Indy - Excellent and beyond our expectations!

After raising our landscaping request with Home Depot, Indy was very quick to call and visit us to gather our requirements. By having him at our home and talking precisely about multiple technicalities involved in the landscaping, we got a sense that our project will be in great hands. On the onset, honestly, I am a tough person to deal with as I have a lot of questions but it was amazing how Indy always had the explanation to my questions/requirements and he always was composed while responding to my questions. Overall, a very professional approach I must say!

There were some iterations completed on the design and am not sure how other landscaping companies complete it but Indy ensured that the design along with the renderings was perfected to our satisfaction. We could not expect more than that.

The work on the ground was also completed meticulously -they worked the landscape as if it was theirs. Indy kept us informed of the progress and provided us updates on any changes. Indy also let us know of trade-offs had to be made and why. Also, Indy was very flexible as we would add or delete to what he was doing or was planned. Indy was easy to reach and very open to questions and providing recommendations. There was a hiccup on the ground when the hardy panel got damaged. In projects like these things happen but I was rest assured as I had Indy taking care of it. Indy got the hardy panel fixed to look as it was before with no hassles to us. Great customer service, Indy!

Overall, we are very happy with the project we have completed with your company and would highly recommend your company and especially Indy to anyone looking for landscaping work in our social circle.
