OFFICE MANAGER
Payroll, Account, Administration | Full - Time.
Kindret Landscaping Group is a Winnipeg based Landscape Design/Build & Maintenance company. We are an award-winning, team-oriented, full-spectrum landscaping operation. Our services include commercial & residential landscape design and construction, year-round maintenance, and snow removal in the winter months.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking to add a responsible, energetic individual for the role of Office Manager. The successful applicant must be able to multi-task and coordinate office duties, intraoffice communication, and procedures. Must be well organized, flexible, and able to meet deadlines.
Duties and responsibilities:

General basic accounting duties.

Organize general office operation
-
Minor reception and telephone answering
-
Purchasing office supplies and small equipment
-
Produce reports for upper management
-
Maintaining and updating safety records
-
Aid in Human Resources management.

Other ad-hoc office duties as requested by Management

Education & Experience
The successful candidate should also possess:
-
Minimum of 5 years’ office experience.

Strong understanding & competency of accounting principles, payroll, and administrative work.

Post-secondary education or equivalent experience preferred.

Proficient in Quickbooks/QBO, MS Office (Excel is essential).

Basic accounting experience/training.
-
Office admin experience.

Excellent communication skills.
Work Details:

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40+ hours per week.
